KATY Poultry specializes in farm-raised chicken, starting with meat birds in 2022. Initially for personal use, demand grew, leading to orders of 25-220 birds at a time. As a family operation, they manage everything from raising chicks to processing. Now using a processor, they offer both whole birds and cuts. They also provide Cornish Cross broilers monthly, aiming to meet rising demand with potential expansion to twice a month.
